WE ARE MOVING PREMISES

Mickleburgh will be closing the shop in Stokes Croft on Tuesday 28th October 2025, and aim to reopen on Wednesday 12th November 2025 in a new location at:-

Mickleburgh, Berkeley Place, Clifton, Bristol, BS8 1EH

Berkeley Place is at the top of Jacobs Wells Road leading to the Triangle; opposite the QEH Theatre and underneath West End Car Park.

Our phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same.

While the shop is closed, we will not be able to answer shop related or technical enquiries, although our Admin Team will be able to take phone calls and respond to emails throughout the closure. Tunings and pre-arranged removals, hires and other deliveries will continue to take place as arranged.

Online Orders

Our online shop will still be open for orders; however, they will not be dispatched until the week commencing 10th November. We will contact our customers to confirm when Click & collect items will be ready to collect from our new shop during the same week. We thank you for your patience during this time!

Suppliers

We will not be able take any deliveries at Stokes Croft after Friday 24th October. We will be able to take deliveries at our new premises in Berkeley Place from Wednesday 12th November and ask all our suppliers specifically to take note of these dates so that back orders aren’t dispatched to us until after 12th November.

Please also note that the new address is for all communications until further notice and we ask you to amend your records accordingly.

The Future

This is an exciting time as this move is part of a major restructuring of Mickleburgh Ltd. Our building in Stokes Croft will be demolished in the New Year to prepare for a new 7 Storey building with residential accommodation on the upper floors.

Mickleburgh’s plan to move back here in 2028 to bespoke premises for our Music Retail Operations. This will also include a Live Event Space and soundproofed practice studios/teaching rooms.

Stokes Croft has been our home since 1903, and this temporary move to Berkeley Place will enable us to keep our facilities here for what we hope will be another 100 years!

We apologise for the inconvenience our closure and move causes, but we think it will be well worth it.
