The highlight of the C. Bechstein Academy series is now even more impressive. Its newly developed acoustic assembly and refined action lend the successor to our classic Academy A 124 even more breathtaking sound and volume. The significantly longer maximum string length and optimised cast-iron frame design made it possible to improve the geometry of the soundboard and adjust the contour of the bridge to make the transfer of vibrations even more vivid. This maximises the sound and volume delivered by the popular, modern piano body with traditional elements in spectacular fashion.

Completely redeveloped and engineered based on the latest knowledge and experience, the A6 impresses with a new acoustic assembly; featuring an optimized soundboard, new rib dimensions and a new scale design that provides an even more beautiful and differentiated Academy sound spectrum with a remarkable dynamic range. The also newly developed keyboard and action assembly offers perfect touch control. This new model is equipped with C. Bechstein hammerheads and rounded off with a new, timeless cabinet design which effortlessly blends into almost any living room.
