Description

First Repertoire for Descant Recorder is a collection of twenty-eight imaginative and idiomatic arrangements and original pieces, all carefully selected and written to cover the preparatory test up to grade 3. From Handel to Haydn, Telemann to Britten this publication also includes the Walter Bergmann arrangements from the First and Second Book of Descant Recorder Solos that have been selected on the Associated Board Examinations for Grade 1 (Polka Czech traditional; Musette Esprit Philippe Chedéville; Babriole Jean-Jacques Naudot) and Grade 3 (1st or 3rd movements from Partie in G Joseph Haydn). There are also some original pieces by Sally Adams, Ned Bennett, Doris Da Costa, Paul Harris, Elissa Milne, Sarah Watts and Pam Wedgwood, there is something for every occasion!
