Your order can be collected 6 days a week, during our normal shop opening hours from our Bristol store.
Items in stock will be available almost immediately for collection but please await a confirmation email before collecting your order to ensure stock is correct.

Please note:
Standard delivery will take 3-5 working days for medium and large items. Standard delivery for medium items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Fast delivery for medium and large items are sent via Fedex. Standard delivery for large items are sent via the most appropriate service.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on Monday, unless it is a bank holiday. If you require delivery on a certain date then please do not hesitate to give us a call on 0117 9241151 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Acoustic Pianos are delivered free of charge to mainland Great Britain but there will be additional charges for more remote places such as Northern Scotland and more difficult jobs such as up and down stairs etc.
Digital Pianos ordered online will usually be delivered in a box for self assembly. We use a courier for this service so can not specify a time, and they are not contracted to carry the item up or down stairs.
If you would like our transport department to organise delivery of your piano assembled and into your home at a specific time then please call us to place the order.
