Description
Welmar pianos were one of the several British brands owned and manufactured by Whelpdale, Maxwell & Codd in London, and certainly one of the most respected English pianos. This Model A2 was manufactured c.1963 and is in a satin mahogany case. A two-pedal instrument with an 88 note keyboard, it has recently undergone a service by our own workshop technicians and the casework has received a light refurbishment. In very good cosmetic condition overall, the case does carry some minor marks commensurate with its age but still presents very well.
88 note, 7¼ Octave keyboard. A0 – C8.
Satin Mahogany case – some light marks.
Brass lacquered hinges and pedals.
Dimensions: 110cm height x 143cm width x 56cm depth
