Due to the country-wide lockdown in England, we will close our Bristol store from Thursday 5th November. We want to assure our customers that we are still there to support you wherever possible. 

The store will be temporarily closed from Thursday 5th November, following government instruction to close all non-essential retail 

We will continue to fulfil online orders as usual and can offer a click-and-collect service for essential items - products needed for working from home.

You can find some answers to our most common questions below, but please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.

FAQ's

Can I still Buy Online?

Yes, you can shop online and we will continue to deliver your order to you as normal. Everything is being sent using our next day delivery service, or first class post, and we will aim to despatch within 2 working days. 

Specific delivery costs and time can be found on our delivery information page, or on the product, basket and checkout pages throughout the order process.

We are processing online orders Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. We endeavour to get orders despatched the next working day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed with on Monday.

Is The Store Open?

We will temporarily close our Bristol store, piano showroom and Music Hub from Thursday 5th November.

When Will Get My Order?

All online orders for instruments, equipment and accessories should be delivered by courier or Royal Mail within 1-5 working days. Sheet music orders/small parcels will be sent using first class post.

We are processing online orders Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. We endeavour to get orders despatched the next working day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

Public Health England has said that there’s little evidence suggesting the coronavirus can be transmitted easily from packages. It is understood the virus does not live long on these types of items. 

Are Deliveries Delayed?

Currently, our deliveries are running on time, and we have upgraded our delivery offering to ensure you receive your orders as quickly as possible. Please bear in mind this may change but will update and contact customers who may be affected.

  • We will endeavour to send all orders via free next day delivery at no extra charge We can offer free set-up on all instruments purchased online (ensuring your new purchase is set up and ready to go when it arrives)
